Sally Hardaker

Changing Futures Transformational Coach (Ages 25+)

Hi, my name is Sally and I’ve been part of the URPotential team since December 2015. I am a qualified teacher with a BA Hons in German and have taught in secondary schools for 14 years. As a Community Tutor I deliver courses for URPotential focussing on employability, basic IT and customer service. I enjoy supporting adults to succeed in the classroom and progress in their learning. My other role is as a Transformational Coach on the BBO project. This project aims to support people who are at risk of exclusion from the job market by reducing and removing barriers to employment. In my spare time, I enjoy playing badminton and teaching German, as a volunteer, to adult beginners.
